Mark D. Kaplan, DO

Dr. Kaplan has been with the health center since 2006, specializing in urgent and primary health care. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board in internal medicine, and board eligible in emergency and pulmonary medicine.
Dr. Kaplan received a Bachelors of Science degree from Boston University, a doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Kansas City College of Health Sciences, did an internship and residency at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington, Michigan, and a pulmonary fellowship at Queens Medical Center in New York. He has specialized in critical care and emergency medicine since 1988.

Christine A. White, MD

Dr. White is a psychiatrist who has been with the health center since 2001, and directs the mental health program at the health center. She also serves as a consulting psychiatrist for several other mental health programs in the area.
Dr. White graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor's degree in zoology, Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta with a doctorate in medicine, did a pediatric internship and psychiatric residency at Emory University as well as a child psychiatry fellowship at Maine Medical Center.
Sally A. Johnson, FNP

Ms. Johnson is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been with the health center since 1999, specializing in primary family health care and women’s health.
She received a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine, a Master’s degree in Nursing from Husson College, specialized in critical care from 1994-1999 and was certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1999.


Patricia Todd-Lewis, LCSW

Ms. Todd-Lewis has been with the health center since 2007 as a social worker and mental health therapist. She counsels children, adults, families, and couples.
She received a Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Salem State College, a second Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the University of Southern Maine, and a Master's degree in Social Work at the University of New England. She is licensed by the State of Maine as a Clinical Social Worker and as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Ms. Todd-Lewis has extensive experience in her field.
